Privacy Policy

Effective date: 14 August 2026 · Applies to games published by TwoPuffs Studio, including Eco Energy Tycoon.

This policy explains what information our games collect, why, and the choices you have. Our games are ad-supported, so some data is processed by our advertising partner and the ad networks it works with. We keep data collection to what is needed to run the game and show ads.

1. Who we are

TwoPuffs Studio (“we”, “us”) is an independent game studio. You can reach us at twopuffsstudio@gmail.com. This policy covers our mobile games (the “Games”).

2. Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email, phone number, or precise GPS location. Our Games and their advertising and services partners may automatically collect:

Advertising identifier — Google Advertising ID (GAID) on Android or Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS.
IP address, and an approximate (country/city-level) location derived from it.
Device and technical information — device model, operating system version, language, screen size, network type, and similar diagnostic data.
App usage data — how you interact with the Game and with ads (for example, that a rewarded ad was watched), and basic performance/crash data.

If you optionally sign in with Google Play Games Services, Google may process your Play Games player ID and saved-game data to sync your progress. That processing is governed by Google’s policies.

3. Advertising partners

Our Games show ads through Appodeal, an ad-mediation platform, and the ad networks it mediates — which may include Google AdMob, AppLovin, Unity Ads, Meta Audience Network, Mintegral, Vungle, ironSource, InMobi, BidMachine, Yandex and others. These partners collect and use the data above (in particular the advertising identifier and IP address) to select, deliver and measure ads, to limit how often you see the same ad, and to detect fraud.

4. How we use information

To run and improve the Game and fix problems.
To show and measure advertising, and to keep ads relevant and non-repetitive.
To prevent fraud, abuse and technical issues.

5. Sharing

We share the technical and advertising data described above with our advertising and analytics partners so they can provide those services. We do not sell your personal information for money. We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Your choices & consent

Reset or limit your advertising ID: on Android, Settings → Google → Ads; on iOS, Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking (and the App Tracking Transparency prompt).
Consent (GDPR / CCPA): where required by law, you will be shown a consent request (managed by Appodeal’s consent tool) before personalized ads are used, and you can change your choice later.

7. Children

Our Games are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

8. Data retention & security

We and our partners keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable measures to protect data, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. International transfers

Our partners may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, they rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
